We are now offering members a additional, new & easy way to sign-up for Social Events from your home computer!
Here’s how:
E-Mail your request (team) to
All requests will get a confirmation like this:
“Thank you for registering for the ____(event). Your team has been registered as requested. Please note that your Club account will be charged $___. If you need to CANCEL, you can do so without penalty on or before (__day and___date. Thank you!”
We also can e-mail you reminders of upcoming events so you won’t “miss out” in the fun.
One more very important thing……….
All Social Events require reservations. Even more important….they must be made BEFORE the deadline. I know we are all busy and it’s hard to commit too early, but we have to remember we now have a private business running the food/bar service. (A good one at that!) and they need to have a head count for ordering and preparing food, and hiring extra help. (Saturdays are closed unless it’s a Special Event!)
We also have blocked these ”Social Dates” way in advance so they could be put on the golf calender. (For our convenience and success).
Lobsterfest, and the children’s parties have been a HUGE success. Let’s continue to build up O.C.C. not only as the beautiful golf course that we are, but also a “fun” place with lots for families to do!
